A pan seared 8 oz prime tenderloin filet. Served on a bed of whipped potatoes, with wilted spinach, topped with crispy leeks. Accompanied with roasted mushrooms and a port wine demi-glaze.

Pork tenderloin stuffed with aged Proscuitto, roasted red peppers, green onions, and seasonings. Then slow cooked in beer and served with whipped mash potatoes and a Gorgonzola cheese sauce.
