Over the last month we have been overhauling and expanding our wine list. We are excited to offer 12 new wines. This includes:

White Wines:

Rich Fruit and a medium body with lingering finishes of toasted
Oak and Carmel Makes this wine prefect for all spicy cream sauces,
seafood, chicken dishes or just by itself.

J. Schram North Coast Sparkling Wine 1999
The 1999 J. Schram opens with aromas of glazed pineapple,
orange marmalade and crisp green apples. Just-baked puff
pastry and rich creamy notes are derived from barrel
fermentation and yeast aging. This powerful sparkling wine
showcases the bright citrus and tangy, tropical fruit of the
Tognetti, Hyde and Schwarze Chardonnay vineyards along
Bayview Avenue in Southern Napa Carneros. The addition of
26% Pinot Noir lends subtle red fruit aromas and gives breadth
to both the nose and palate. A creamy yet refreshing wine, the
1999 J. Schram has a long, quenching, seamless finish.

La Vieille Fermentation

100% Point Noir from Rhone Valley. Big earthy aromas and fresh Fig and Plum flavors finished with a hint of Cinnamon and Spice.

Torres “Sange de Toro”

Translated from Spanish to English it means “The Bulls Blood” because this wine is full bodied, rich in flavor and crimson in color. Spanish wine at its finest, Enjoy with a hearty steak.

Echolon Pinot Noir

Lush, Fresh Fruit Flavors of Plum and Fig highlights this medium bodied wine

Bramcott “Letter T” Pinot Noir
New Zealand
“Super Premium” Smooth silky dark Cherry and Fig flavors with Layers of finish

Bivio Chianti

Sangiovese Grapes inspire food. The medium body and long finish of Pomegranate and Prune invite lively foods like steak.

Bodegas Dios Baco S.L. Amontillado Sherry

Prager Tomas Port
Richly textured and medium-bodied, redolent of Candied Cherries and Orange Zest with a hint of Caramel, and a spivy finish often found in Portuguese Ports made from these grapes.

Prager Petite Sirah
Ruby colored port has developed vibrant aromas of Cherry, Strawberry, with hints of Creamy Vanilla. With a light tannin structure, this semi-sweet Port's flabors of Cherry and Orange rind are accesnted by its mellow brandy finish.
